Launch of a further private market strategy

After intensive preparatory work, we are pleased to launch the "Daneo Swiss Residential Property Debt Fund" for Daneo Partners Ltd. together with Zürcher Kantonalbank as custodian bank as of 12 September 2022. The private debt investment strategy, for which IFS Independent Financial Services Ltd acts as asset manager and Artemon as loan servicer, focuses on the financing of existing Swiss residential properties. The "Daneo Swiss Residential Property Debt Fund" is already the 22nd tailor-made private label fund that SOLUFONDS AG has had the pleasure of structuring for its partners.
