David Kral

Since 2023, David Kral, Director - Head Fund Projects Real Estate, has been responsible for real estate fund projects such as annual and semi-annual closings, capital increases, real estate valuation monitoring and fund administration.  

 David has been active in the real estate fund industry for over 12 years. After working as a fund accountant and Finance Controlling specialist for a Lausanne-based fund management company, he joined Solutions & Funds in 2021 as Deputy Head of Fund Administration.  

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEIG-VD and a Swiss Fund Officer diploma.
